Survey entry links

POST /getallsurveys-api returns a SurveyUrl for each available survey. Redirect the respondent to that exact URL when they choose a survey. The hosted page checks the respondent and opens the supplier survey.

The URL contains a user-bound api_respondent_id and internal survey parameters such as surveynumber, providedby, i, and enc. Treat all of them as opaque. Do not build a URL from the Link field, remove parameters, rewrite the host, or send users straight to a supplier URL. The current endpoint does not ask publishers to calculate an HMAC or append a hash query parameter.
