Offer assets, creative, and review
An offer promotes one advertised website, Android app, or iOS app. Campaign Studio checks that the advertised property, public offer copy, creative, tracking, funding, and targeting are ready before review. A saved draft can still fail readiness.
Validate the advertised property
For a website, enter a public HTTPS URL and its hostname. For Android, use the public Google Play listing and exact package name. For iOS, use the public App Store listing and its app identifier. Validate the asset in Campaign Studio and save the returned asset ID with the campaign. A validated asset becomes stale after 24 hours and may need validation again before review. Private hosts, localhost, credentials in URLs, non-HTTPS URLs, and custom ports are rejected.
Prepare what the user sees
Use a title, headline, description, button text, requirements, instructions, and disclaimer that describe the same action your server will verify. State payment, subscription, trial, eligibility, completion window, pending period, and each reward milestone before launch. Use HTTPS for public images, previews, support, and destinations. Add a real support URL when you have one. Check the creative and copy at mobile width, including long instructions and the full reward amount.
The campaign's creativeAssetIds must belong to the same advertiser and validated asset. Current upload capability is development-only. The dashboard reports productionApproved: false; production uploads are disabled by the backend. Do not assume a development upload will be available in production. If your production account has no previously provisioned validated creative, arrange creative provisioning with RapidoReach before planning a live launch. This is a current product limitation, not a documentation step that can be completed by uploading directly in production.
Run readiness and submit
Open Readiness after saving. It checks at least one validated creative, validated asset, positive budget, target country, goal, certified tracking partner, and the required callback credential. Resolve each error and retest a development launch and conversion. Submit the draft for review; administrator approval and launch are separate actions. If you create a new revision, repeat the check because the new creative, goal IDs, tracking settings, or financial terms can differ.
Use the asset API reference for current endpoint behavior and the campaign API reference for status and readiness responses.
