Submit and operate an offer

Before review

Open the draft in Advertiser → Offers → Campaign Studio. Check the readiness panel for missing fields. Confirm the advertiser owner, HTTPS destination, {click_id} macro, tracking route, milestone event IDs, user-facing instructions, eligibility, payout, budget, caps, and schedule. Run a real development launch and postback test before selecting Submit for review.

The review team must approve the campaign before live delivery. An approved campaign is ready for launch; only a Live campaign is eligible to appear in publisher inventory. Some offer delivery features are enabled per account or placement, so confirm that the intended publisher surface is available.

While live

Use Reports in Campaign Studio for delivery and reconciliation. Compare launches, verified conversions, spend, and remaining budget with your own event records. Use Postback Logs when a conversion is missing or rejected. Check the click ID, exact goal ID, transaction ID, status, active key ID, signature, and any duplicate or conflict response before retrying. A click or client-side completion screen is not a verified conversion.

Pause an offer immediately when its destination is broken, the creative misstates the task, or conversion verification is wrong. Pause prevents new launches while preserving prior audit and financial records. Resume after the issue is corrected and the campaign is eligible. Editing a live campaign creates a new revision and returns it to Draft for another review; historical clicks keep their original financial terms.

For refunded or invalid conversions, send a reversed postback with the original transaction context and reconcile the resulting ledger adjustment. Keep support records and transaction identifiers so repeated callbacks remain idempotent.

Next: Offer conversion postback reference.
