Survey launch checklist and example

The example below is a planning worksheet, not a promise of inventory or cost. Use the exact values shown by your account and checkout when you submit.

Walk through one respondent

  1. Save Project Details to get a campaign ID. Check that the saved market, supported devices, links, CPI, LOI, conversion estimate, and date range are correct.
  2. Select allowed source types in Audience Sourcing. Connect a permitted supplier or panel when that source needs a connection.
  3. In Audience, add profiling filters only where the study needs them. Create respondent quotas with target completes. Add custom screening questions with clear accepted and rejected answer rules.
  4. In Quota Allocation, assign the remaining completes in each quota to the connected supply. Reopen the quota list and verify the saved allocation.
  5. In Test, start a test respondent. Your platform receives a concrete transaction ID in the entry URL. Store it server-side for this attempt and send the same value back on the outcome redirect. Refresh the dashboard result cards.
  6. Run the success case first; checkout requires it. Run disqualify, overquota, and screenout cases as well so rejected respondents cannot be credited as completes.
  7. Open Pricing & Schedule or Checkout & Schedule. Compare target completes, projected attempts, effective CPI, total cost, billing model, and schedule. Confirm sufficient shared advertiser balance, accept the displayed terms, then Allocate funds and submit for review.
  8. Confirm the status becomes Pending Approval. After approval and activation, watch quota progress and reconcile completed interviews against your platform.

Acceptance checks

  • A success test appears against the correct campaign and transaction; each rejected outcome appears in its own result card.
  • The live survey accepts the same device types and language that the campaign targets.
  • No quota target or supplier allocation exceeds what the survey can collect; the checkout total is reviewed independently of the draft estimate.
  • A draft or pending campaign is treated as non-delivering. Funding does not itself bypass review.
  • A cloned campaign has fresh dates, survey links, quota assumptions, redirect tests, pricing, and funding review.
